Welcome to One Technology Group! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, customers, and business partners.

2. Permissible Use

You agree to use our services and products only for lawful purposes. You may not use our services:

• For derogatory, defamatory, discriminatory, or harmful purposes.
• To infringe on intellectual property rights of others.

We reserve the right to terminate service without notice if we determine a violation of these Terms.

3. Services and Payments

3.1 Proof of Concept (PoC)

• Customers may engage in a Proof of Concept (PoC) before committing to a full project.
• If the customer is not satisfied with the PoC, they may choose not to proceed. However, the PoC work, source code, or support will not be provided.

3.2 Project Completion and Payment

• If the customer proceeds after the PoC, they must pay the remaining balance as a one-time payment or as per the agreed schedule.
• Upon full payment, the product/service will be made available to the customer.

3.3 Subscription-Based Services

• Some of our services are offered on a subscription basis.
• Customers must provide 2 business days’ notice before the next billing cycle for cancellation.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

• All intellectual property, including software, designs, and documentation created by One Technology Group remains our property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• Customers do not have the right to resell, modify, or distribute our products/services without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

One Technology Group is not responsible for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Loss of revenue, profits, or data arising from service use.
• Issues caused by third-party tools or integrations.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service, unless otherwise required by law.

6. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if:

• You violate any of these Terms.
• You misuse our products or services.
• You engage in activities harmful to our business or reputation.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your data privacy is important to us. We collect and store limited personal data through:

1. Contact Form (Full Name, Email, Phone Number [optional], and Message).
2. Meeting Scheduling via Cal.com (for Google Meet appointments).

We retain this information for tracking leads and customer support if a deal goes through. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of West Bengal, India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of West Bengal, India.
