Refund and Cancellation Policy

At One Technology Group, we strive to deliver the best possible solutions to our customers. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to ensure transparency in our engagements. The terms outlined below serve as general guidelines; however, final terms may vary based on individual contracts.

1. Proof of Concept (PoC) and Initial Payment

• Before finalizing a project, we conduct a Proof of Concept (PoC) to demonstrate feasibility and capabilities.
• Customers are required to pay 10% of the total deal value before the PoC begins.
• This initial 10% payment is non-refundable, regardless of whether the customer proceeds with the full project or not.
• If the customer is not satisfied with the PoC, they may withdraw from the deal without providing any clarification. However:
  • The customer will not receive any source code or ownership of any work done in the PoC.
  • No further support or modifications will be provided for the PoC.

2. Project Closure and Payment Terms

• If the customer agrees to proceed after the PoC, they are required to pay the remaining amount:
  • As a one-time payment or
  • As per the pre-agreed payment schedule outlined in the contract.
• Upon receipt of the full payment (or as per the agreed schedule), the product will be made available to the customer.

3. Subscription-Based Services

• Some of our services are offered on a monthly payment or subscription basis.
• Customers wishing to cancel a subscription must provide at least 2 business days’ notice before the next billing date.
• Cancellations requested after this period may still result in charges for the following billing cycle.
• No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused services in a billing cycle unless explicitly stated in the contract.

4. Custom Agreements and Exceptions

• Since each project and service agreement is unique, final cancellation and refund terms will be defined in the individual contract.
• Customers are encouraged to review their contracts for any specific terms or conditions that may override this general policy.
